Seccorell is a dry painting technique that uses finely ground colour pigments. By rubbing special colour blocks against a sanding board, you create a fine pigment powder that can be applied to paper with your fingers or a soft applicator. The colours can be blended directly on the paper, creating beautiful gradients, soft transitions and delicate textures.
